This means when you get that call, you will see the most up to date information about the caller and be more prepared than ever to answer questions or continue a previous conversation.

While you are on the phone, you can also quickly access the caller’s contact page in Batchbook with one click from Ringio. That way, you can access even more details and make notes on the conversation during or immediately after the phone call.
