Our Users Are So Smart: Comments on Contacts & Communications

You may have noticed that you can now add comments to contacts and communications:

Commenting on contact records

Comments were announced (see the release notes) in last week’s BatchBook update. Of course, that feature has a special place in my heart because it came directly from a user request on our forums. That forum user is ARMGpaul.

Thanks, Paul!

Better yet, you can also subscribe to those comments via an RSS feed. Between this feed and the recently-added Communications feed, we’re all feeling incredibly connected over here lately. We hope you are too!

Thanks for the shout-out guys, but it’s your team that deserves the praise.

I am still amazed by how quickly you pick up on user generated ideas and get them implemented.

    Keep up the great work!
