BatchBook 1.0 is Live!
Today we launch the first commercial release of our debut product BatchBook. Oddly, it is a quiet event. It is happening in the wee hours of a cold New England night so that the uploading of new features does not disrupt any beta users’ work. It is happening at the remote sites of BatchBlue programmers, quality assurance contributors, design mavens, and communications savants as each one of us has a huge stake in the product we are sending out to the world.
And that is what this launch comes down to. It is not about press releases, trade show gimmicks, party games or stunts. It is about eight people who have the passion, dedication and commitment to build a product that will help fellow entrepreneurs realize their own dreams. This is a moment of accomplishment and a moment of anticipation. For this launch marks the culmination of years of interviewing businesses, developing solutions, testing implementations, tweaking design elements, gathering feedback and redeveloping solutions. But it also marks a new relationship with our customers. We are committing ourselves and our company to the long term goal of continually developing and improving the products our users rely on to run their businesses.
World, meet BatchBook.
